About us

In Galicia, the lush area in the northwest of Spain that receives the most rain, there is a traditional farm called Cima de Vila. This is a land of extraordinary beauty and strong contrasts. This provides a unique setting for growing chickens with their own, special personality, which is reflected in the Cima de Vila products.

Our regional Mos birds have unrestricted access to pasture during the day where they can forage and range. At night they return to their houses for protection against predators. This birds are from a naturally slow-maturing breed and are reared in a way that respects and encourages their natural instincts and behaviour. The combination of the outdoor life and a balanced diet all help to ensure succulence, flavour and a firmer texture.

Our aims combine the best of traditional and modern farming methods and ensure that our work in harmony with the environment. We are a member of AVIMOS.
